I did not receive my password reset email.
If you haven't received a password reset email, please check to make sure your email address is spelled correctly (you can check in your Settings). Sometimes password reset emails get lost in spam folders and other junk-mail traps. Please check these and try requesting another email. If that doesn't help, ask your email provider whether they might be filtering it out on their end.
I forgot my password or my username; how can I get them back?
We can't tell you your password, but we can help you reset it to something new. Visit the password reset page and enter your username or the e-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail that will help you reset your password. This e-mail will also include your markr.net username, in case you forgot it.
How do I delete or cancel my account?
First make sure you're logged into your account, and then visit your Settings and select "delete account".
How do I change my username?

Why does markr.net keep asking me to log in?
This is usually a cookie-related problem. Do you have cookies disabled, or any cookie-blocking extensions installed? Make sure markr.net is allowed to set cookies, and if that doesn't help, try deleting your markr.net cookies (this is in your browser preferences) and logging in again.
